‘Sic Parvis Magna‘, or ‘greatness from small beginnings’, is my personal motto. In business transformation, continuous innovation as well as people development – many small steps bring you to your end goal.
It’s also the family crest of Sir Francis Drake, given to him by Queen Elizabeth I as a bit of a private joke, since Drake started his career as… a pirate.
